Welcome to Cedar Grove Park Association

Nestled among tall, elegant trees over which sore eagles and hawks one finds the most delightful community surrounding a charming, private lake. Water birds make their seasonal home, raising ducklings and goslings protected by lush shoreline plantings of Iris, Cattails and reeds. Overhead, young Osprey learn to soar on invisible air currents, all the while eyeing the water below for fishing opportunities. Owls and frogs serenade the summer moon which lights the landscape for nighttime foragers.

Busy civilization seems a million miles away, but in truth, civic services, shopping, saltwater access, hiking, nearby non-motorized water sports can all be accessed by local rapid transit. This community has been developed over many years and is the perfect secure place for seniors. Each privately owned and maintained home is governed by an elected board of volunteers that come together in care for the association membership.

A spring day with ducklings on the lake. Our "lake" is actually a wetland that is part of the Lake Padden watershed.
